We work across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens in New York, and Jersey City and Hoboken in New Jersey. Our team is licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
What languages does your team speak?
English, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Hindi, Telugu and Urdu. Tell us your preferred language when you reach out and we'll match you with the right teammate.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
Yes. We walk you through every step, from budget and pre-approval to closing, and share our NY and NJ Buyer Guides so you know what to expect.
Can you help with investment or commercial properties?
Yes. We help clients buy multi-family investment properties and handle commercial sales and leasing, with the numbers laid out clearly before you decide.
Can you help if I'm buying from overseas or relocating?
Yes. Many of our clients are relocating or buying from abroad. We can tour homes with you by video and keep every home, note and document organized in your private client portal.
How do buyer agent fees work?
Before we tour homes together, we explain how our fee works and put it in a written agreement, so there are no surprises.
What is the client portal?
Every client gets a private portal where you can compare properties you're interested in, refine your search criteria and plan tours. Clients sign in with the Portal login button at the top of this page.
