My name is Arun Lam Govada, Team Lead of The Silk Bridge Team and full-time Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (licensed as Arun Govada) with eXp Realty, serving New York and New Jersey. We're called The Silk Bridge Team because S.I.L.K. stands for Service, Integrity, Logic and Kindness, values that guide and drive us on a daily basis. We speak English, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Hindi, Telugu and Urdu, and we specialize in residential sales, multi-family investment properties and commercial real estate transactions.

Having closed over $5M in 2024, our first year, then more than doubling that with approximately $11.5M in 2025, and currently at approximately $7.5M in closed deals and another roughly $3.25M in contract so far in 2026, our momentum continues to grow.

A little about me: I was born in the US to Indian parents, grew up in Hong Kong and now call New York City home. I graduated from Hong Kong International School, earned a Bachelor's in Business from Boston University, and a Master's in Real Estate from New York University. I also hold a Certificate in Professional Coaching from NYU and have lived and worked in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Hyderabad, San Francisco, Boston and New York across the real estate development, hospitality and technology industries. Because of this unique experience, I consider myself a true global citizen with a diverse perspective, which helps me understand a broad range of client needs. I'm an engineer by training, a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and I hold an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. With 15+ years in safety and highly regulated environments, including as a certified OSHA instructor, I've built my career around precision, preparation and staying calm when the details matter most.

Licensed in both New York and New Jersey, I help clients who know exactly where they want to be, and those weighing options between the two markets. I stay organized, track every deadline and anticipate challenges to keep your move on course. You make the decisions. I make sure you have the clarity and confidence to make them. I speak English, Urdu and Hindi.

When I'm not working, you'll find me cycling, practicing yoga, meditating or planning my next trip abroad. Traveling has taught me there's no single definition of home, and I want to understand what it means to you.
